This grant will support job skills programs that focus on high-demand industries such as agriculture and technology. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, community colleges, and local government agencies with a proven track record in job skills training. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate an understanding of Oregon's rural workforce needs and a plan to improve job readiness.
